Weight Watcher's Question

Weight Watcher's Question

Does green tea count as a water serving?? I bought the Tetley Blueberry and Mango Passionfruit Acai Green teas. I heard that Green Tea is really good for you. Thanks!

My first Weight Watcher's breakfast:
1 egg with 2 slices tomato cooked in pan sprayed with cooking spray on 2 pieces of whole wheat bread.

It was actually pretty good I normally never eat breakfast so this will be a bit of a change for me.

I haven't touched soda today...I'm very proud of myself. I have been drinking lemon lime seltzer like crazy though

I also bought One a Day Women's as a multivitamin-mineral supplement. I haven't taken vitamins since I was a kid (Flintstones chewables).

I just ordered the 2007 Complete Started Kit. I can't wait to get it!

only decaf beverages count as a water- so check- and also you have to drink at least half of your waters as actual water- not ice tea, etc.

I don't think my green tea is decaf.

I think the seltzer also counts as water. I have to buy some of those water mix-ins...I hate drinking plain regular water.

yea seltzer definately counts- try squeezing a lemon in your water- it helps reduce your appetite.. also i saw your question about the tomato and that really isnt a full serving- i think you would need to eat a whole tomato to count it. check out their website- i use their etools in addition to the meetings and its really helpful.
