Re: weight watchers question
Sayville (almost every day) and middle country. What are your certifications in?? I have 1-6 general ed and special ed and 7-12 english language arts and 7-12 special education. I'm taking 2 classes in the spring to get my birth-2nd general education and special education. My sister in law works for an agency and the lady who owns it will automatically give me a job which pays really well doing early intervention. It is getting so disheartening looking for a job in the public schools.

Re: weight watchers question
There are agencies scattered throughout long island that deal with young children (ages 6months-5years) that are not school age. Most of it is funded by the state and what your job is, is to evaluate children (such as children exhibiting signs of autism). Then you meet with the children a few times a week for hour intervals (depending on the case) and you work with them trying to help them reach their potential and exhibit less symptoms such as behavior modifications. My sister in law's agency is willing to pay $75/45 minutes plus around $250/evaluation.

Linda- Do you like Sayville??? I really like SWR and I'm mostly there but its kinda far and the pay isn't as good as PAt-Med. I'm certified Elementary PreK-6. I subbed for 2 years while I got my Masters and then taught 3rd grade in NC for 2 years, and now I'm back to subbing!
Michelle- What restaurant do you own?? Good Luck- I'm sure you'll pass the test soon!!

Re: weight watchers question
Early childhood....i'll ask my sister in law where you need to apply. There is just paperwork you need to submit. But you actually may be able to apply with your masters and not need anymore paperwork (its county paperwork). So i believe your qualified. Oh wait you may need your special ed certification for early childhood. I'll find out. Just send me a fm with a heading of Early intervention and i'll remember!!
