Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....

Ok yesterday was terrible for me girls! I was sooo tired, and the weather was so dreary...that I felt so unmotivated to do anything! At the end of the workday, I just lost it and ate a bunch of cookies and tootsie rolls! And when I say a 'bunch', I mean ALOT!!
I felt soooo guilty last night after having been pretty consistently staying on WW for 3 full weeks!!!

Ok, well, I have to get right back on the horse! I am just going to assume I used all my flex points (and then some) and just stay at my target points until my points reset on Friday! Hopefully, I will go to the gym tomorrow and Thursday too!

Wish me luck! Usually this is the area I have a problem with. Once I fall off track for 1 day, I usually have a tendency to continue to be off track for days and weeks, and then I end up back where I started - with those extra pounds!!

This time, I need to nip this in the bud! Today I will be on points!!!!!

Thanks for letting me share!

I lost 9 pounds in 4 weeks!
I was really bad this past weekend so I gotta get back on track. I am reading up on the new WW to see which I decide to do. I think I might stay with Flex...I am used to it and it worked for me

Well, I finally got my butt to register & get weighed tonight. This is it.... I even bought the prepeid 10 weeks thing. I think I will stick to flex points & not try the new Core thing yet.... I need to follow something I know to get back on track!

It's 11PM & I used 25 points, but went for a short walk to make up for the extra point I used!! Night all! Have a great week!

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....

I messed up today big time!! After a weekend with alot of eating - we had a wedding and a family bbq this weekend - I find it SO hard to get back on track. But I have to...or else this will turn into weeks of eating badly! I've got to nip it in the bud!
I am getting back on Flex points tomorrow!!

awwe don't worry becks, it's easy to get back on track! i've had to get back on track maybe like 20 times in the last year!!! i'm a professional back on tracker

so i stopped doing ww online cause i was just kidding myself. there's nothing like that feeling of anticipation before you get on that scale at a meeting.

this is my second week going to meetings (well again i must've joined/rejoined about 5 or 6 times!!). i've lost 2.8 lbs and i'm really excited

hopefully i'll be able to get off this last 50

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....

So I went to WW this morning for my weekly weigh in, something I normally dread, but this time left feeling great. I lost 5 lbs this week. I am so happy because I though I lost a pound maybe 2 but 5 was definitely not expected. I did go out last night a have a few drinks, but my clothes are fitting looser and it has just given me more drive to continue eating healthy.

I'm going to join WW today! I used to fololow along with my mom's books and I had lost 15lbs in 10 weeks. (This was a few years ago). Now I HAVE to join again. It worked for me then and I hope it will work for me now. I have to find a convenient center. Wish me luck!

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....

Like you Marymoon - i used to use my mom's books - but i decided to join - i need to face the scale every week (i have never owned a sale and said as long i worked out lots i was fine but now have been injured for over a year) I am doing points - but i have lost 5 pounds in two weeks which is good for me -i have year before the wedding and want to loose slowly so that it stays off better and fixs my bad eating habits

I am doing the flex plan - i can't do core because i have to eat whole wheat bread almost every day for my stomach to stay happy

so i want to join the thread from afar to help motivate me (i live in Boston) and help motivate others -

at least we have a common goal to look foward which is a good motivator - there is always a reminder on your finger when you are going to eat something bad

Yeah, i think I'll definitely do better when I have to be held accountable for my weight loss. If I know the scale is waiting I'll be more motivated.

Wow!! That is awesome! Congrats!!!!
I had been doing well when we first started this thread...but my eating started to go downhill the last couple of weeks of the summer...Damn those BBQ's and parties!!
Anyway, I am back on track counting points as of this past Tuesday...this weekend I plan on tackling the gym again!

Re: Weight Watchers Support Group Thread....

Congrats Flaca. I joined WW last night. Being with FH has caused me to gain 30-40 lbs, that are not needed (I still love him though). I choose the core plan, but I'm still trying to figure the whole thing out. The good thing is that my team members from work are on it, and they're a great help. My weigh in days are Thursdays. I wish all of us good luck with this thing.

I wanted to give this to any WW girls. I re-joined and got the coupon for 20% off first 3 months of eTools.

I already have access to the full eTools. So if anyone else wants the access code FM me and the 1st person to do so gets it.

I want to start WW again, but I don't want to give up the good food.

I am eating the WW meals during my lunch hour but I am not following the points. It's just an easy lunch to take from home which I don't have to make.

Before my wedding I did it straight for 2 weeks and I swear I think I lost 15-20 lbs. Now after the Honeymoon, with all the buffet breakfasts and dinners we had at Greece I gained those pounds back and a little more I think.

I used to have for breakfast 2 egg whites on one slice of wheat bread. The bread was 2 points and 3 egg whites are 1 point so I consider 2 egg whites to be 0 points.

I think I just need to be motivated enough to finally go back to Lucille Roberts and start the points program again.

I need some motivation, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am with ya Jola!! I have fallen off the wagon BIG time!!! I had been doing so well on WW for most of the summer...and ever since labor day, it's been horrible. I have no regard for what I am eating, and haven't been to the gym for almost a month.
I need motivation too!!!
