WEIGHT WATCHERS - Zero POINTS Vegetable Soup

I guess this is it right?

So zero points, but is that still the case if you have a WHOLE LOT of it? Like more than 1 serving?

Would it be TERRIBLE if I added a couple of table spoons of cream? Or maybe non-fat sour cream or something? What do you think?

I don't see why it wouldn't still be 0 points...its all vegetables. Maybe the veggie broth adds some? Although that would be weird....Laura, where are you??

Quit yer eye rollin! These are [somewhat] legit questions!

First off...no one gained weight from eating too much veggie soup. Bloat from sodium and gassy veggies, yeah. But not weight.

I make this all the time...it's pretty good as-is and it never occurred to me to add cream or sour cream. You can definitely bulk it up with beans.

Toot, toot!

But if you're going to add cream, just count for it. That's all

Here's an article that helped me understand zero-point stuff when I started WW: When Zero Doesn't Equal Zero

HTH!

If you have more than one serving, the points value will increase.

Same with veggies. If you eat 2 cups of broccoli, its one point - but 1 cup is zero points.

Yeah, at some point, EVERYTHING has a points value. Its like with baby carrots - 10 are 0 points, but if you eat 11, watch out! That's a point.

0pts per serving. So say u have double the serving, it may be 1+ pts. If u add cream u will add pts. Risks vs benefits lol

I make the italian 0pt soup and its delish! Also the many mushroom soup is amazing too! I eat those soups before my meal, so ill take in less that meal.

I don't know what u guys do, but I do the online ww. Its awesome, that website is amazing! If u put in how much of it u ate, it will tell u how many pts. And soooo many good recipes!

Weight loss is a struggle, I'm just getting back on track after months of being bad, but haven't gained all my wt back, thank god! Just a couple of lbs.

Good luck!

The WW e-tools has been really crucial for me - it's a lot easier for me than writing everything down. And you can look up so much! I've lost 20 lbs since Feb 15.
