Weird cramp (sory of). Can anyone help? UPDATED AGAIN!

Hi girls,
This is a strange question. DH and I have not officially started TTC yet (probably next month), but I'm having this weird sensation in my lower right abdomen. Its kind of like a warm feeling or very subtle burning sensation right where I think my ovary would be. It was happening for a couple of days about a week ago, and now its happening again. Its just the right side. I am due for my period tomorrow. I'm nervous something is wrong and we want to TTC soon. Anybody have a quess as to what this is? I've never had this type of cramp before (if that's what it is).

I was reading about your 'cramp' and it hit me..My sister had the same exact cramp.
My parents brought her to the dr. (thinking ok, appendix is gonna come out) nope, it was my nephew!
