Weird Dream

So I had a terrible dream that I had a miscarriage last night. WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN!??? Sorry I couldn't hold back anymore because it really upset me this morning and It freaked me out....

Interpretations please?

ETA: Were you watching anything about pregnancy or babies or miscarriages on tv? Or reading about it? Or talking/thinking about it? Sometimes things I see/hear during the day crop up in my dreams at night.

That happens to me.. last night I had 3 very disturbing dreams. One of them in particular was about my grandmother who died of cancer 3 years ago. (whose birthday is tomorrow). I dreamt of her taking off a wig.... this was probably because i watched Grey's Anatomy and the whole thing with cancer-stricken Izzy and her wig before I went to bed last night.
