Weird phone call...

Last night I got a call from a restricted number and the voicemail just said 'hey stace give me a call' didn't say who or phone number. I think it might have been my real mom

Yeah, my brother gave it to her a while ago. Every once in a while she'll send a random text - like 'happy thanksgiving' 3 days after thanksgiving. Then she added me as a friend on facebook but never said anything to me she didn't send a text or anything on my birthday IDK the whole thing is weird...

can you press '5' and hear who the message is from? sometimes ppl record their names.

I would just leave it as it is. If she has anything important or worthwile to tell you she'll contact you again.

Its such a weird situation. She told my brother to tell me that she wants to have 'some sort of' relationship with me. But if I don't want to she won't pressure me. But I wish she wouldn't have told him to tell me that because now I feel weird about the whole thing. I would rather she just send me an email or something rather than going through my brother and sending these little random text messages here and there that don't really amount to anything because its causing me more problems in the long run. One day I get a message from my Aunt on facebook (moms sister who I havent seen or talk to in 10 years) that says I should forgive the past and bla bla bla. Then a month later she sends me a message telling me my mom is crazy and that she sees what I went through as a child when a month before that she was telling me to forgive. And the reason she contacts me is always 'oh hope we can get together before the big day' and I never said I was inviting her to my wedding. I just hate this whole situation and I feel if I wasn't getting married everyone would just leave me alone

I would leave it alone and not accept anymore people you haven't spoken to in 10 plus years on your facebook, texts or any other form of communication. Who needs the drama.

Yeah I don't even respond to the messages anymore. It just upsets me sometimes cause I wish I had a normal family but I do have my stepmom who has been like a mom to me so I am very lucky to have her...
