Does anyone know how to lighten your elbows?
My elbows are dark from leanin on my desk at work. I know it sounds silly!

TIA!

lmao, i thought it said eyebrows, so i'm like... dye them- duh.. but what does that have to do with leaning on your desk.. then i realized you said elbows.

for that, i'd go with palmers cocoa butter or shea butter lotion.

There's a product called Ambi that you can find either in the skin care aisle or the 'ethnic' skin and hair care section... it's got a mild skin lightener and sunscreen in it and I've heard that helps.

Bleach them. You can buy joleen facial hair bleach...it bleaches your skin too. Probably would dry them out, but its worth a shot...

dude! i posted this a few months ago and still in the dark!

From what I've been told by co-workers (ok A co-worker who thought I had INK on my elbows ) you can take baby oil and sugar and rub it on dry elbows to exfoliate. Something about the glycerine? from the sugar helps lighten. Also, lemon juice will lighten it but it will also dry your skin so u have to moisturize.
Finally, start wearing Sunscreen (I use some of my SPF 15 face cream) on them everyday to protect from sun.
