Weird question but..

Weird question but..

How old were you all when you first started going to a lot of weddings???

I just turned 23 a couple of months ago, and I feel like everyone is always going to weddings, except me and my friends lol

How much longer do I have to wait??? I'm jealous and want to partaaaaaaay

The minute my friends and I hit 25 that was when all the wedding craziness began. I have been in 13 weddings in the last 5 years, its been insane.

I'm 28 and have only been to about 4 weddings in the past 4 years, but I think its because most of my friends are guys and they aren't getting married anytime soon

The only weddings I have been to are my two cousins...I'm 24.

I feel the same as you, I WANT WEDDINGS!!!!

I have a feeling that there will be an explosion of them after mine though...

I have a big family so I've been going to weddings for as long as I can remember but I've only been going to friend's weddings in the past 2-3 years.

most of FH friends are single or just dating, not engaged yet, so we have only gone to a handful of his friends weddings, a lot from his family.....

most of my friends are actually getting married within the next 2 years so the flood of invites should start right after we get married!

I go to at least 1 wedding a year, let it be family or a friend. This year, I've already been to 2 weddings and I'm going to 2 more (back to back) in November. I'm 26 so I guess 26-28 will be my busiest years.

the first wedding i attended in 2001 was my brothers & i was 17 at the time.

after that i had my dads cousins wedding in 2005 & i was 21.

i then attended weddings in 2006, 2007, 2008, & 2009. so i guess i really started to attend weddings in 2005, when i was 21.

I had 2 weddings this past summer and 2 more in the next few months! But they are moreso family than friends.

The first one I was ever at was my sister's when I was 9. Then my godmother got married when I was 17. After that was my best friend when we were 22, then I had 3 last year, and 1 this year.

Oh and I believe I have 4 (including my own) next year.......

When I started dating FH, 3 of his cousins got married 3 consecutive years... and since then ive had a good 1 or 2 weddings a year... i was 20 when I started dating him

well i went to like 1 or 2 a year for the previous 3 years (about ages 21-24....Now this year at 25 I had 4 weddings to go to...next year I already know i have 3 weddings to go to besides mine...and EVERYONE is getting engaged so I am sure theres only gonna be more and more.

Definitely started when I hit 26, it's starting to slow down now (I'll be 30 in less than 3 months).

it hasn't hit.....

i was in my cousins wedding at 16........went to 2 other cousins weddings at 18........went to one friends wedding last year today (its her 1 yr anniversary today!!)

and i have one cousins wedding a couple months before mine.......

then one of my BMs is 2 months after mine

nothing tooooooo crazy

ive been to a few, maybe 1-3 a year for the past few years, but this has been my craziest year- 7 weddings this year! we are both 28 so i guess between this year and next year it will be our busiest years

I've been to 4 weddings-1 when I was 4, 1 when I was 12, 1 when I was 13 and then one this past march-but they've all been southern weddings so its hard to compare them to anything..

I want weddings too!!!

I know that in 2011 I think fh and I will have 3 to go to..2 of his friends and his sister.

After that who knows-it could be awhile even thought fh is almost 24 and I just turned 23
