Weird Thing Happened with Pearl's Place

I called them a couple of months ago asking about the veil I want, and they quoted me $220 plus $12 shipping. The lady even told me that's her favorite veil.

I call back today to make sure it' still available... and they quoted me $500!!!!!!!!!!! I tols the lady about the old quote and she said that soem mistake was made last time.

The veil costs $425 at Macy's - and $325 for the one they have in stock. I find it weird that Pearl's Place gave me a quote much higher than Macy's.

I love the veil... but it is so much $$$$. That's why I was trying to get it cheaper from Pearl's place.

I wish the girl at Macy's had never shown it to me - now no other veil looks as nice with my dress!

UGH I'm sorry Debbie, the same thing happened to me at Macy's. The woman showed me 2 veils that totalled $1,000 I was not amused.

I did end up finding a veil that I love Debbie. So look around you will find something you love as much or even more.

try looking at other online places and maybe they will have it. I got mine at veilshop.com and I love it! But somewhere else might also have something similar for much less!

$1000???????????????? Youve got to be kidding me.

I e-mailed Pearl's Place and told them what happened, and somebody e-mailed me back saying they'll look into it and get back to me.

What is the average price of a nice cathedral length diamond-white veil?

I think it is defintely more than $400 but $1000 ia crazy

Yeah that's what I told her when she told me the price

I paid $175 for my cathedral veil. Mine has rhinestones all along the edge.

ETA: And I paid $225 for my two tiered fingertip veil which also has rhinestones along the edge.
