weirdest random thing you remember about a wedding

FH - JT put their lemon slices in mesh bags so the pits didn't fall out. Um...he's fascinated by this for some reason lol

The Loft - in NYC. I don't think it's there anymore. Took away most of the seats so people would be forced to STAND UP and mingle....that included during their buffet dinner...and this was black freaking tie. W T F?

haha I've seen that mesh pit catcher at pricey restaurants. Keeps the seeds out of my oysters!

I've only been to two weddings. The only weird random thing I remember is that my friend had to wear platform flip flops because she was 6 months pregnant at the time and her feet were so swollen!

ok I have a funny one from my mom.

Mom: when your cousin Barbara got married at Swan Club. She threw her bouquet really hard and it hit the ceiling and bounced back and smacked her in the face.

me: OMG that's funny. Why don't I remember that?

Mom: I have no idea. You were so badly behaved. You started cackling and pointing and I had to drag you out of the room. i was mortified.

Ummm..yeah I was a bad kid.

my aunt fainted during pictures at her wedding!

CH ran out of food and Mother of the Groom made a scene at CH

Brides mother broke her leg,and fully dressed bride, groom and BP came to ER

At my older sisters wedding my and my younger sister had it out for the Bok. I wont up catching it there were flowers every where and then i spiked it! they had to come and clean it up. People still talk about me...

There was a giant taxidermied (sp?) moose head over the entrance to the reception room at my best friends wedding upstate. Then on the ceiling of the room there were tree branches sticking out.

At my cousin's wedding one BM got so drunk that when she was outside having a smoke, she fell over and cracked her tooth on the concrete. At least they had already taken plenty of pics!

i was dancing with an ex (who was whiter than white) and the song 'Play that funky music, white boy' started playing ... it was extra-funny because we were pretty much the ONLY white people at that wedding (us and like 5 other couples)

the groom loved rocky movies, they came into the rocky theme and the whole bit...but then the grooms mom surprised him with like a rocky boxing belt of sorts and at the end of the night i remember him jokingly saying that he be wearing only the belt that night later on and i remember the brides parents standing there and i felt so embarassed for the whole sitatuion

At my cousins wedding, her husband did a round of push-ups before removing her garter with his teeth, threw it and then made out with the guy who caught it, very weird indeed

i was a MOH in an out of state wedding and at the salon in the morning the bride asked me how i was planning on getting from the church to the reception.... i had to secretly text my FH to make sure he went to the church so that he could drive me to the reception....thank god she asked or i may have been stranded at the church! HAHAHAHA

When the bride threw her bouquet, my friend caught it and lifted her hands to cheer. A cousin of the groom shoved her and ripped it out of her hands, screaming that she really caught it.

At another wedding, FH and all the men at our table got red feather boas from the DJ and refused to take them off all night. Alcohol was definitely involved.
