I wanted to do welcome bags at the hotel!!! Unfortunately pricing was cheaper online than if you are part of group so some people booked that way. I won't know how many bags I would need. Should i just forget them or try to guestimate?

maybe you can find out which were the guests that booked outside the group?? the hotel can usually put a note in their reservation that says they are still part of the group block even though they reserved separately that way they can get a bag when they check in.

I dont think i can ask everyone if they are staying.. i know all my cousins and aunts and uncles from out of town are staying there the night of. So i know that if they aren't on the list that there are like 15 rooms extra from them a lone. I wonder if i can asker her for a list of whos booked there. Idk if that breaks some privacy rule.

FH's family has rented a house...so it would just be our friends
