Well, aren't I just the worst BOTW EVER???
GGGIIIIRRRRLLLLLSSSSS, are you SERIOUS??? I am so sorry for failing in by bridely obligations today. I can't even begin to tell you...
First off, we get a call this morning. It's FH's mom, and she tells us that FSIL is in the hospital. Right before christmas, she had an operation to repair a hernia. While they did that, they also did a tummy tuck (she has had three kids, and had complained in the past that the residual skin was severely irritated. So when the dr. told her she had to have the hernia surgery, HE suggested she get a tummy tuck as well, and since she had complained about the irritation, her tummy tuck was ALSO covered by insurance. Tip!!!)
So ANYWAY, last night, she was in severe pain, and it just kept getting worse. She finally goes to the hospital, and thank God she did, because she had a blood clot. I think this is the scariest thing ever- I know someone who recently passed away from one of these, and it's just totally sudden. I'm so glad she caught it in time. PS, she'll be in the hospital for a week. Her husband will have his hands full- 3 young boys, and they're all bruisers. I am just so thankful that it seems everything will be fine. I can't even imagine.
THEN we had to go to a christening, so we raced over to the church to be there for that. And who's the total a$$hole?? Yours truly, because I got a new phone yesterday, and I was trying to tape the baptism, and even though it's on mute, it starts making all these noises. I was MORTIFIED. Thanks, God. Even in the church, I f up.
So when we were in the car going out to get the family the sandwiches they ordered (things got insane at the house), I tried to use said new phone to text.
Let me tell you, these web-phones are just crazy. I feel like an old lady seeing something for the first time. FH and I were going back and forth between the Samsumg Behold and the G1, and also the iPhone. Forget the iPhone, because my hamhock fingers could not work the qwerty board, because they are so sausagelike, they pressed about three keys at a time. And I was practically forcing FH to go for the Behold, because......
i could get a pink one.
I'm the complete opposite of a girly girl, but something just came over me. Metallic pink!! I can't wait to put a Hannah Montana sticker on it.
So ANYWAY, I tried to log on to LIW and text, and then felt carsick, so all I could muster was BTOW MI@. I couldn't even fix BTOW, because my chicken mcnugget fingers were hardly gliding across this qwerty screen either.
So anyway, I JUST got home. Is it too late for QOTD??? I just blow to the nth degree for shirking my responsibilities. Okay, I'm posting a QOTD anyway.
