Mine was good!
I defrosted it the day before. The icing was gross, but the cake was good.

We went away the next day, and my parents ate the rest.

WOW!!!! I can't believe it's been a year already!!!

And look what you've accomplished since! Not only providing a loving home for both you and your DH, but also for those two adorable little boys!!!

Congratulations on your anniversary! We found out last night we'll most likely be in NY for our anniversary for my nephew's christening. When I asked DH if he minded he said Not at all, after all that's where our cake is!

We ate ours just the other day...we totally forgot about the cake since we were away for our 1 yr anniversary. All we did was take a tiny little nibble of the icing...we just couldn't bring ourselves to eat the actual cake part...that cake has been through too much since we got married...including a move from NY to PA and 2 power outtages...yuck !!! I probably should have chucked it a long time ago...but, I wanted to keep the tradition alive!!!!!!!!!!!
