WELL I DID IT!!

Last night fh and I booked our hall... all i can say is if bookin the hall was this hard.. oh lawd what is ahead of me...

we went back and forth and back and forth.. id' settle on a place then see some place else..

fh was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! He took me to every hall between western nassau county and the border of suffolk county.. (if anyone needs prices on a jan 09 wedding, i've got quotes for all of them..)

and through it all, as i dragged him from one hall to the other he kept saying that this one particular hall was the best..so in between we'd go back and revisit it..

And he was right...no other hall fit our budget, offered us as much, was so polite and so last night we booked officially for January 18, 2009.. at CREST HOLLOW COUNTRY CLUB

fabulous price.. beautiful room overlooking the pool, gorgeous!! AND i got my fourth entree!! I could NOT be happier..

whew!! now.. off to stress him out about flowers.. lol

aw congratulations!
that's great that he was willing to go everywhere. chris & i saw 2 halls lol. we picked the 2nd i knew right away but you need to take your time with it which was great because now you found your perfect place!
what happened at the last place?!

GIRL DRAMA... lol. but it wasnt my first choice.. i felt it was too dark in the lobby... and fh wanted CHCC to begin with.. so around in circles we went and each road led us back to CHCC...
