I can't take it anymore, every place I come up with he is not happy with, so today, I said that's it, it's all up to you! So, he's going to surprise me!

Good luck I am sure he will do a fine job. For some reason my friends and I all put FI's in charge of honeymoon so far so good.

Larry is not allowed to touch the honeymoon. If he did we would end up either in Vegas or at Hedonism.

My DH came up with the idea for the location (Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora), he researched everything, and then planned and booked everything for our honeymoon. He did such an amazing job...I am STILL thanking him for that trip!
I feel bad for all those brides that don't have a DH/FH that cannot handle JUST ONE THING!

One thing? Hell he's had the task of limos since October and has not lifted one finger. I love him to pieces but he is basically useless when it comes to wedding planning! I console myself by saying that he has wonderful qualities in other areas!

Ha ha, good luck, like everyone says we'll see what happens next week. The HM was suppossed to be Len's job too, so he chose Hawaii...... good start EXCEPT that I did all the research on Hawaii islands, I did everything including making appts with TA, etc. .. The ONLY thing he did was grumble when I would ask his opinion on which hotel, etc. . . Finally he went to the TA w/me and booked it (after I already decided the package w/her on the phone. . . )
Now he goes around telling EVERYONE how he planned our Hawaii HM !!! The NERVE !!!!!!

To tell you guys the truth, last night I was on the computer researching 10,000 places in Cabo, Mexico, FH was sitting there watching TV. I'm wondering if the job has been passed back to me... hmmmmm....

my husband did the honeymoon b/c i did everything else we did go to vegas but it was a lot better than I thought!! he always wanted to go what can I do!! lol we stayed at one of the fancier hotels but went to all of them, some five star restaurants it was fun he said we will get to hawaii one day
