Well if there's one thing I learned....

it's NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING!!!

So FMIL had added some last minute people right before I sent out the invites. She told me one couple wouldn't come anyway, and one person would come alone. And since FH insisted on inviting all of the single people with guests, I did that.

Well, now the person FMIL thought would come alone now wants to bring someone, most of my single friends are talking about bringing friends since they don't have dates, and the couple that 'wouldn't come' is looking into booking a flight!!

Here it was I added people because people told me to add more because we feared not making our minimum, and now it looks like we will have more people than we really wanted to have!!

Someone please help me in doing the no dance, big time!!!

Don't fret, I worried the same thing, and we had no where to put them if they all came!! In the end, people we thought for sure were coming didn't and vice versa. Don't worry, it all works out in the end! I wanted so many people to stay home and so many did that I was short 10 people from my minimum!!!!

this happened to us as well.. originally I thought about 150 and now we are up to 200.... I am also hoping everyone has labor day plans.....
