Well my brother went to court today.
My brother got arrested for something he didn't do. He said take me instead of her (his wife) so she could stay home with the kids.

He went to court today and it got postponed AGAIN this is the 3rd time. In the meantime my brother has not been able to go home to his condo where he lived before he even met his wife. Hasen't been home since that day. My uncle was there and standing outside of the room and overheard them talking heard something about no she can't drop the charges (chrissy wants too his wife) because then it would be purdgery (sp) . His Lawyer said but they have the 911 tapes where she says I hit my husband. They listened to them and the prosecutor says well I have another case to attend to this has to be postponed. And HE could spend a year in jail. W T F. Then the stupid B!tch wife calls my aunt hysterical crying saying I just want to talk to my husband. WELL u should have thought of that when you hit him called the police and let them take him instead of you.
