My sister just informed me that she 'had a problem with an address'...guess that means the invites for my shower are out! I wanted it to be a big surprise

For my baby shower, my MIL said in front of me, 'so, it's on the 14th right'. Talk about blowing the surprise.
At least you don't know the date...don't worry.

I WISH I knew...I've been trying and trying to find out but NOBODY will tell me!!!!! They are all sneaky and secretive!!!
But I have my suspicions that it is coming soon b/c the secretiveness has been increased this week!

Dont worry about it, you still dont know when it is. FMIL runied the date for me and my mom slipped this morning and said where it is . Your's is still a surprise

yeah, well i had to e-mail the address list to my mom... she couldn't even ask FH for it... i guess it wasn't like this during their time!!!!
besides, you'll still be surprised at all the details that you don't know about-- look on the bright side

Awww I'm sorry you are upset. I'm sure there will be plenty of details you won't know about though!
I never got the choice to be surprised; my mom said to me after she booked it ' your shower is on so and so date'! Her reasoning was nobody is ever truly surprised! Oh well.
