Well today was my response date and...

Original post by DebsNY

We're missing a fabulous 56 responses

And 30 of them are kevin's family/family friends

There's a handful from my family, and then a bunch of our friends (tho - i understand that - many are moving and unsure of move dates/etc.)

But oy.

Why do we even bother including an RSVP card that's pre-stamped if people can't be bothered to send it back!

Amen!! Even my mother was like, you know I'm coming why do i have to mail it back?? I'm like, 'look, I put that stamp on it for a reason mail it back anyway!!!'

Me too! My mom even wrote on it- you know we are coming- please, I would have saved 37 cents- I just thought she would write something nice.

Re: Well today was my response date and...

Some of mine kept trickling in for about a week after the due date. A couple people called or emailed also. In the end, there were only a few people I had to follow up with, so I hope this works out the same for you as well.

I know, it's very annoying. I don't understand why returning these cards is so difficult for some people. Esp. when they know what their plans are, one way or another.
