I know we have to wait for the inspection but I am so restless. I did not sleep in the least bit last night.

congrats!! yes the next step is getting the house inspected to make sure there is no damage and it can be sold!! with our house.. there was a few minor things.. and the homeowners had to give us a credit or have it fixed!! then you start going into contract. good luck!!

The house is in Smithtown in the neighborhood behind the Watermill.

Thanks for all of your well wishes. It's still in the early stages. FH keeps yelling at me for telling everyone, but I just can't keep it in. I'm freaking out.

ours went soooo fast !! hopefully you will luck out!! i was just happy we had a house!! after all the looking,, i was finally relieved!!
