Well...I can finally say it.....IT IS OFFICIAL

we are in FULL CONTRACT!!! We initialed the contract with the extra home warranty that includes any strutctural damage. We also picked our siding color, shutters, carpet, and vinyl flooring since she said she would have called us in a week for that stuff!
