I have been following WW for a couple of weeks. I was strict the first couple of weeks and hardly lost anything. Stayed the same actually. If I am not seeing results I revolt. Anyone follow the Wendie Plan?? I am thinking of doing it but is it just another attempt to lose weight?
I have a very good friend who was not seeing results on the regular WW plan, so she tried the Wendi plan. It works. It's just a different way to kick-start your metabolism.
I love WW!!!!!!

That could help. Also, you might need to play with your points a little. Are you eating your 35 flex points? If so, and you aren't losing, cut some. If not, try eating some of them, particularly if you are exercising. Everyone's body is different, so some people need the extra 35 to lose, some don't.
Another thing is to look at what you are eating. If you aren't sticking to the nutritional guidelines (5 fruits/veggies 2 dairy & allll that water!) you may have a harder time losing as well. If you are eating a lot of processed or prepared foods, white flour and sugar, your losses may slow down.
The other thing I wa going to say is that basically, the Wendie plan is an older version of the WW plan. they used to give you a range of pts for the day, instead of the 35 for the week. They changed that about 2 yrs ago.

Re: Wendie Plan
You caught me..I guess I eat more low point breads. I was strict on Core the other week and was upset when I stayed the same. i pulled my back out and was on the couch all last week so I need to kickstart this weight loss again. Maybe Wendie will work. Thanks for the info.
