went dress browsing...

at bijou bridal on rt 17 in jersey... (Barb, i think u mentioned this place)

anyway, there is a dress i love....looks GREAT... BUT.. my question is for the girls w/way too much cleavage..lol... are you having them add extra fabric to cover this area for the ceremony?

the salesgirl suggested this, but i'm not sure if that would look weird??

here's the dress:

beatiful dress! I definitely don't have the cleavage problem. If anything I am going to have to try and find way to enhance the cleavage

good idea!!!! the seamstress said that in this particular dress, they would take similar satin like from the mid area.. bc more lace would be overkill.

I would wait and see till your dress comes in - I doubt you will have to add anything at all to cover your cleavage because after they alter it it will be perfectly fit to your body...,

One of my girlfriends did this with her wedding gown. Her gown originally had a super low sweetheart neck and they added fabric to make it a more subtle sweetheart. I never would've known if she didn't tell me.

take it from a girl that looks like an effin stripper in every gownn i have tried on... i will probably have added fabric to the area. im not bigg chested.. the 'ladies' are just...THERE. what im prob going to do is for the church.. PIN the fabric in the cleavage area.. and once im in the limo, im taking it out.

so u can still be extra hot for the reception, but still be respectful for church.

i wouldnt do anything permanent to the dress. get it 1st then have them add a piece.

ITA... you want to feel comfortable, not like your boobs could pop out at any moment... adding the satin would look good!!!
