I went dress shopping for the first time last night. I felt like a princess. It is going to be so hard to make a decision. All the dresses are beautiful. I picked two so far. But I want to see more more more. Do you think if I call them they will give me the designers and numbers so I can look them up on the internet. That way I have references when I see even more that I love. Thanks

Did they write them down for you - the two that you choose? If so then I don't see a problem with them giving you that information, please post pic. when you get it on the internet. Congrats!!

yes. they wrote them down. I should have brought a camera. That way I remember how they look on me. I will definately post pics when I get them. I am so excited.

some of the places I went would not tell me the information on the dresses that I tried on. These are the places that I DID NOT purchase from. They were definitely useful in helping me figure out what style I want but... I just thought that was ridiculous.
I purchases my dress at Macy's at the Smith Haven Mall. They not only allowed me to know the maker of the dress, but TOLD me who the maker was. They also said it was fine if I took pictures, but I didn't ask till I already purchased the dress, so I am not sure if they allow them all the time, or just after you buy.

well I just called and they would not disclose that information unless I purchase the dres Oh well, I guess I just have to keep the memory in my head.
