I had no intention on finding my dress already. My mom and I went dress shopping just for fun b/c I couldn't fight the urge any longer. We were a lil early for my appt so we had to wait a few minutes but they said we could browse while we waited. I saw 'THE DRESS' right away. As soon as I tried it on I fell in love and so did my mom.
Only problem is that I am afraid of being a '2 dress' bride...I am worried that it is so early I may see something else after I get it (my FSIL is going through this right now) Since my mom wants to buy my dress for me, I can not have this happen.
I am going to shop around a lil more and try on some other dresses I had my eye on but I have a feeling they will all be compared to this one.

I would browse a little more this way you will definately know if 'its the one'
Goodluck though...I have a feeling when i start trying on they will all be the one I'm trying to hold out as long as i can!

that's sooo exciting!! do you have photos of it? you know, you may try on more dresses and find one you love EVEN MORE!!

the same thing happened with me this past week. i couldnt fight the urge to look at dresses.. and really had no intentions of buying one.. but i think when you find 'the one' you just know, because i knew the moment i put it on. i loved a lot of the dresses and thought they were 'the one', but once i put this one on.. that was it! its such a great feeling! congrats to you on finding it!

I agree, I think once you've found 'the dress' you won't have doubts in your mind of finding something else because you won't want to look anymore
