Thanks ladies!!!!

Does it tend to taper off week after week? Someone told me you tend to lose the most the 1st week. I don't know if this is true though?

Most people tend to lose the most in the first week (mostly water weight), but it doesn't necessarily have to taper off each week. The average loss is 1-2 lbs per week, but some weeks you'll have more and some weeks less. Just remember, the number isn't the most important thing, and even if you lose .2 one week, it's still so much better than gaining!

CONGRATS!! I think it may also have to do with how many flex points you use i mean maybe i'm wrong but it would seem logical that if one week you used all the points and the other week stuck to your target points you may loose more when you are just eating say 20 pts a day.

04bride, don't be so sure. Some people lose better when they eat all of their points and vice versa. You may shock yourself by losing when you eat all your points, including flex points and find that the weeks you eat less, you don't lose or don't lose as much. The body is a strange, strange thing. My first week on the flex plan, I ate a Big Mac and large fries the night before (I weigh at home first thing in the morning since I only do online), and despite the large quantities of salt and fat I had consumed the night before, I still lost 2 pounds, and ate about half of my flex points. The next week, I barely ate any of my flex points and also lost 2 pounds. It may take some time to find out where your best range is for weight loss, but for some people, especially the more active ones, more food may give them a bigger loss than eating less.
