Went for my second fitting last night and.........

I couldn't believe how BAD the bustle looked!

I had no idea that they sew buttons onto your dress in random places and then sew loops of thread onto my train! I mean the didn't even try to hide the buttons either, I hav e so much embroydery(sp?) on my dress that they could have sewn them discreatly. But NO, they sewed on 7 buttons! Only 3 of them were semi descreat. The other 4 were right on my butt in the middle of my dress. I was so pissed. I made her take off the 4 on my butt! It didn't even flow nicely! With the three, my dress drags on the ground a tiny bit, about 2 inches. But as I see it, my dress will be filthy by the time I am dancing, I won't care! I would rather it look better bustled!

I can't believe what so me of theses seamstresses think looks OK.
Also she was supposed to take the chest in a bit, and it didn't seem like she did, except for the fact that the beeds were almost falling off, where the seem was. There were threads sticking out all over the place! So she will fix that. Then she had the nerve to wait around. I think she was waiting for a tip!t
