Went shopping for veils...

the one I liked was $300 plus $25 for the blusher and I think $40 to add on the pearls...
I went home all depressed..
So FH mentioned it to FMIL and she told me that she makes veils!!! ( who knew?) and shes made them for almost everyone whos gotten married in the family!! All I have to do is show her a pictre and she can make it exactly.. and custom to how I want it.. even knows how to sew the perls on and adding pearls and rhinestones to my clip for me!!! How awsome is that?? I am getting silk custom veil for nothing!!

Thanx Julz! That was when my baby wasnt even a month old

I had gone to macy's in manhasset b/c my moh wanted to try on bm dresses and we didnt want to drive all the way to Commack..
I told her she should go into buisness with you girls on here!! she showed me some of the ones shes done and they were BEAUTIFUL! Honestly it looked more professional then the one I tried there.. all hot glued on to the clip and a big strip of velcro for the blusher...

Well I tried on the chapel legnth... ohmigod I dont know how people do it.. its just toooo much.. not for me.. I showed the lady the picture I posted.. and she said its called courtyard legnth ( never heard of it)
it was very long in back but shorter in front and gradually went down to that... much more comfortable to wear! .. I didnt even look at the price of the chapel!

I ordered my veil last night and I couldn't believe how $$ they are. My veils came out to $400 I was like

I never thought they would be so much!
I thought ok 100.. 200 max .. but thats just crazy!!!! If my FMIL didnt make mine it would be off to ebay for me!
