went to a bridal shower this weekend-- great way of opening gifts

so i went to a bridal shower this weekend... They had each table have a head person... that person took all bows and put in the bag... each person got handed a gift from the pile.... u read the card out loud and held the gift up... it got everyone involved and it went by so quickly instead of watching the bride open every gift

hahaha cute idea butttt i've always been jealous of the brides opening all the presents sooo i want to be that bride...you only get one chance to do it !!!

That is an awesome idea.

Another suggestion we did for my sister's shower was on the invite we asked everyone to wrap the gift creatively in saran wrap and the most creatively wrapped gift got a prize, plus it didnt take too long to open or announce the gift.
