Went to a wedding at Glen Island Harbor Club

Figured I'd give a mini-review:

We went on saturday night, it was Fh's cousin. The drive into the park was gorgeous, the grounds were gorgeous. the food was great. Fh thought the cocktail hour was a bit lacking (but we're a huge Italian family- and his cousins aren't like that), but everything there was very good. There was plenty of room to sit during the CH, we had access to outside areas as well.
The Reception was great, food was AMAZING. The room is really nice, waitstaff was sooo attentive. There were I think three bars during the reception, so we never had to wait for a drink. They didn't have a VH- but every person got an individual plate of- mini cheese cake, chocolate covered strwaberry and warm brownie with ice cream!. YUM! Umm...don't know what else to say about the place..if you're getting married there- NO WORRIES!

Thanks so much for the review....I cant wait for my wedding next year =) We're getting married in the smaller room upstairs bc we're having 150-175 people and our cocktail will be upstairs also where they usually do the cermonies so I hope the CH will look full

My cousin is getting married there in November! Can't wait!
