Went to a wedding at Villa Lombardis last night.

Just wanted to reassure the Villa Lombardi girls -- everything was really great. The service is amazing. Our waiters were so professional and really attentive.
The cocktail hour is awesome to say the least. The italian antipasta station was out of this world. The only thing I want to mention about that is that they didn't put forks out in the center vegetable/cheese/antipasta station - they only had knives. Totally not a big deal, but you might want to mention it. The other complaint (again not really a complaint but it was mentioned) was that the music during the cocktail hour was loud and not particularly appealing. Not sure if Villa pipes in the music or their DJ did it, but it wasn't great.

The food was really good. The lamb chops were a big big hit. I had the steak. The cut of meat wasn't the greatest, but the mushroom sauce was awesome and there was plenty of food. Also, the potato choice was a fried mashed potato. It was sooo good - (I stole FH's off his plate)!
