and instead of giving out favors they had Ralph's Italian Ices being handed out at the end of the night. They had a cart with 4 flavors to choose from outside. While you were waiting for valet to bring your car up you had an ice to cool off. What a great idea!!!! I might just have to to the same thing, I love Ralph's!

for winter brides - at my brother's wedding they gave out hot chocolate in cups with lids and homemade cookies!

Oh, I know... you can see if you can bring in hot chocolate in those thermos things and have styrofoam cups for people to just take it as they leave.

for my brother's wedding they actually wheeled out the entire hot chocolate machine to the door and had servers handing them out in those styrofoam cups with the lids - you could even personalize the cups! (they didnt though)
