went to a wedding last night....
So FH and i went to a friends wedding last night. We decided to stay at the hotel we r staying at for our wedding to see how the amenities and services are, and we were thrilled!!!!! we got there and were brought up to an executive suite! BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! immediately a bottle of wine (on the house) and crackers and cheese were brought to us!!! as well we were given bathrobes and anything we could ask for! we were more than pleased!!
so we went to this wedding (got there when cocktail hour ended) and had a good time! Sal and Annie looked so happy! we were so happy for them!!! we danced and ate and everything seemed good. The service though we were very unhappy with. I was in the middle of eating and the waiter picked up my plate!!!!!!!!!!!! i was like- um?! i guess im done? The wine was also not good!!! (i highly recommend upgrading your wine to anyone getting married at the swan club.) The viannese was very good, but the cake looked like it was melting!!!!!!!! Maybe it was just an off night- but we were very unimpressed. Sal (the groom) was furious cuz they charged him an extra 75 dollars the day of for his roasted pig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and his harpist decided to charge him more at the last min too. Thats all he discussed with us, but he said he was taken advantage of a lot![]()

The wedding itself though was good! very fast! it flew!!! they did something i never saw before, they had the video of their ceremony (whch happened 2 hours prior) play ater the bridal party entered and before the bride and groom entered the ballroom!! they also did a montage.
ooo! and i was surprised to see some celebrities there, ill upload photos in a bit.
