Went to BBB yesterday to register!

OMIGOD that is alot of work!!! we got about 1/4 of it done lol!!! there were sooo many couples registering yesterday!! lol altought i was fun it was sooo exhausting!! so is 500 to much for a pot and pan set??? lol

Congrats on beginning your registry! I started a few weeks ago and it was definitely overwhelming initially.. but once you go back a few more times you'll get less crazed!

About the pots and pans, my set is $630 so I don't think that's bad.. good pots are fairly expensive but are supposed to last a lifetime!

thanks for making me feel better i felt guilty!! and i didn't want to just get pots lol!!! still need china and luggage OY!

I didnt get much - going to go to Fortunoff's and Bloomy's too

My friend registered for $600 pots and pans...her bridal party got it for her. Just be prepared that if you don't do something like that you might not get all your pots and pans.

Registering is overwhelming! I'm glad you had fun. I enjoyed it too! FH first went with both our moms...which helped us with the practicle stuff that we would forget about, and later went ourselves and that was even more fun!

I still have to register but i want to go to BBB. I was wondering if all of your stuff doesn't get bought do you get a discount on the rest of the stuff?

thats so funny we went on the same day to register at BBB and we are date twins...but i went to BBB on 6th ave and 19st in NYC. We finished all in one day and it took 4-5 hrs

Registering can be overwhelming but once you start it is like an addiction!

FBIL was telling me yesterday when they went to BBB to register this couple had gone in and returned everything off their registry and took the cash walked out with 2500 bucks, i can't believe they can do that! who does that??
