Went to DB on my lunch break...

to pick up my dress!! It's sealed up safely in my garment bag in my car until after work now. I was going to get it after work but I didn't want like 20 other brides having that same idea. Place was empty for a Bridezilla on the rampage but I seriously think this girl was trying to make her BM's look bad....
She had all her girls lined up in the dresses and proceeded to walk around them pointing to were there was 'pudgy pudgy' as she put it, telling them she knows they can suck more of it in... And then one of the girls said that maybe they should try on something a little more flattering for slightly larger girls, and the bride kinda just snapped and yelled at the top of her lungs 'You will wear what I tell you to wear, I'M THE BRIDE.'

I would have so walked out on her if I was one of the girls in her BP. And these two older women with them were at the front counter paying for the flower girl dresses and trying to haggle the price down they kept saying 'But damn, their just kids.' as if the kids were buying the dresses

But.... I GOT MY DRESS!!
$10 says I'll try it on before I go to bed tonight

And for the bridezilla, if i was in her bridal party I would have poked her in her pudgy pudgy and seen if she liked it...

People can be so ridiculous. How horrifying. Sounds like a bad sorority hazing if you ask me.

lol. My mom will prob be saying how pudgy I look when I try on my dress, although I have been doing decently with WW so maybe i'll prove her wrong!

I lost 52lbs on WW since I started 2 years ago. I probably could have lost it faster if I stayed on program completely.... but somedays you got to bend the rules :)

wow that really is horrible! I can't stand when women get all crazy just because its their wedding! It's one day that goes by super fast and the meaner and crazier you get the less time you have to spend on enjoying the planning process and the people you are celebrating this wonderful time in your life with. so horrible

But congrats on getting your dress!!!!!!! It's so much fun to start to cross things off the list and get stuff done!!!
