And looooved them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were the first photographer we went to so I felt a little uncomfortable booking on the spot... I think we will go and see at least one more before deciding! Now I am worried my date will be taken!
Something funny happened - another couple had booked Duet on Saturday whose wedding is on the SAME DAY and SAME PLACE as mine!!!! Erik showed us their contract! I could not believe it.

They take 1/3 down I believe. I would go in there and put down money and not over the phone. Unless you have something in writing already that states what is included??
If you are 100% sure you are using them, maybe just call since you were just there on Sat and ask them to hold it. I can't see them holding the date while you shop around.
They are soooooooo busy and book fast

Good Luck - Through this site I have heard wonderful things about Duet and everyone's pics are amazing - I am gonna call them tomorrow - but from what I am hearing they book fast! Wish me luck!

We are using them also. I felt the same way, I met with them but wanted to check out at least one other and I did, their work wasn't as nice and they were way more expensive.
Duet is awesome, I'm sure you can't go wrong with them. Good Luck!
