WENT to Floral Terrace, Leonard's and maybe Sand Castle Today!
Ok. Went to Floral Terrace and Leonard's.
We walk into Leonard's and its just gorgeous from the outside.
We met with a great girl named Tracy I think who went over everything. Unfortunately since we like the big deluxe menu, the cost was about 20 dollars more than I want to spend in the winter. We saw the room where we'd have to have it.
First of all, they march me in my blue jeans and sweatshirt in front of a new bride...this i did not like and she gave me some looks (i probably would have done the same!). We saw the room and it looked like a diner (this is straight from Fiance who is sitting next to me). It just didn't do it for us. I think the smaller room was nice but we were too big for it (they would have put us in the big ballroom).
Floral Terrace was a different experience. FI fell in love with the reception room. I'll post some pics in a minute. Some of you may know that it used to be a theatre and they build the top floor where the top of the screen used to be. So the bars are nooks into the walls and the architecture is amazing. Being a ham, I just love the raised dance floor. Cost was just ok but it seemed like they were willing to work with us more.
