Went to See Limo Co. (Very Good) ....Strathmore Limo

I always see questions on here about Limo Company's - I called about 8 Limo Company's before making any decisions. I met this company at a bridal expo - I went to see them last night in the town of sea Cliff. I would highly recommend this company. I met with Jimmy and Ralph. Jimmy was extremely helpful and made me feel very confident in the company. I am pressed for time b/c I'm getting married in the morning. He was explainging that he will help to make this all go smoothly (I didn't realize the role that a limo driver can play in all of this) We spoke about my day and he came up with the times to do all of this. I also wasn't going to have the guys picked up - Jimmy said to me you will have the cars and will be paying for them why not pick them up? Well anyway this was just my opinion but If you are looking I'd give them a look! I'm happy that I found them. There are so many out there... and I was scared I get a company that wouldn't show up...

How did their rates compare?

Junebride; How did their rates compare to the others you spoke with? We checked several places, trying to find a 10 passenger limo for less than $350 plus tax and tip. We only need them for about 2 hours, in the morning, to get me from the hotel, to the church then back to the reception site and we're not interested in the champagne and bar because it's only 4 miles between the church and reception. Everyone we met with would only offer the wedding package as the minimum, or had a 3-hour minimum for regular limos which ended up costing the same as the wedding package!

I would go and see them - I think the prices were great - I called 8 Limo companies and their's was one of the best. I believe they would go lower than $350 but go in person and I know your getting married soon - so tell them your going to book - I got a better rate in person than I got over the phone - I'm in June so I knew I was ready to pay - and like I said I think they were a pleasure to deal with. Any other questioons just ask.

Thanks for the info. We're in Boston, so going in person is a problem but we're all set to go with Town Cars and the wedding is April 28th, so they probably know by now if they have a car that is not booked, and may give us a deal. I'll have Fi give them a call.
