So I went to see our album Monday. Our photographer is ADA. I really haven't had a problem with them until now. (Besides the fact that some pics could have come out better)Saturday I wanted to make the appointment to view but the woman said they couldn't stay later than 2 because she had to babysit. My husband didn't get off work till 1. And everything has to get done in the Wading River office even though I booked them in Selden. Okay DH got po-ed about the babysitting thing. We've spent sooo much on photos and babysitting is more important. So anyways..... They tell me its going to take 30 minutes to look through. So we get there and we ended up redoing 11 pages and 2 of them have 3 pictures on them. Pictures came out green tinted some blurry, blowing up the pics cut half the picture. It ended up taking over 1 hour to look through 70 pics. Then they have the balls to say oh we have a disk with all your pictures on them for additional $170. What! All these companies that deal with wedding planning are a rip. Sorry for the vent. Just had to get it off my chest!!!

how frustrating!! I wish I could offer some advice... some people in this business just stink!! It really shocks me how much of a lack of pride people take in their jobs and in their companies and how in the end, money is the only thing that matters and not customer service!

My friend used ADA for their wedding and were completely dis-satisfied.
I've heard this about them more than once.
I am sorry for your troubles. I hope that it all gets resolved and you get beautiful pictures out of it all.

amy! you didnt tell me about this! how aggrivating! i have heard very mixed reviews about them, not good. i hope you can work it out with them! if they give them to you on disc, are they print quality or just to look at? bc if they are just to look at and not good enough to print it might not even be worth the $175. we have a disc in our contract with timexposure, cost $300, but they are print quality. good luck thumper. ~lacey

Hey lion cub.... its AIMEE!!!!! I forgot to tell you with work and everything!!! Pics on the disc are high quality and I have rights to all the photos to get them printed anywhere. I have to find out how good the quality is. Talk to you tomarrow!!!!!

lol i know how to spell your name but i was being slow. tomorrow is saturday, so dont go to work woman. print quality should be good quality ! you should be able to blow it up to a nice size without it looking funny. ~lacey

Alright smart a**. I forgot tomarrow is Saturday!! I love the kids so much!! have a good weekend and try to get some wedding stuff accomplished!!!
