Went to see RE today...
DH and I went to see the Reproductive Endocrinologist (RE) today. He is so nice!!! I expected this old man but he is young, maybe mid 40's.
He increased my dose of Clomid, now I am taking 100mg a day for 5 days. I have to go back next week so he can do a sonogram to see how my ovaries reacted to the higher dose of clomid. (I have been taking it for 5 months already at a lower dose with no luck). I have to get a test done where they inject the dye into my Fallopian tubes but I will get that done next month. We might be trying insemination soon, maybe this month or next month. He wants to see how our test results are first.
I was so nervous going into the appointment today but feel much better now.
It's still going to take us time but at least this Dr is going to monitor us. My regular OB/GYN just gave me clomid and pretty much said have fun. This Dr said that most OB/GYN's do that, they don't monitor that closely.
