Went to the Carlyle.... Menu complete!

I can't believe we actually are only 59 days away...it's really flying by so fast.

We met with our BM today at Carlyle and went over the little details, and there are a TON of them! Who knew?! She sent me home with 'homework' to do. lol...

The process wasn't too harsh, and we were out of there in under 2 hours. I absolutely love my BM, and she has gone way out of here way to make sure all our ducks are in a row and everything is on schedule. Even things I wouldn't think of, she does. I guess thats why she gets paid the big bucks.

I guess this wedding thing IS really happening.

Thanks ladies... well I don't know what ISNT on the menu With the way our guest list is going, I don't know what will be left off!

So for dinner:
Filet Mignon with Merlot Reduction
Chicken Roulade with Asparagus and Roasted Peppers
Macadamia Crusted Mahi with Sweet Coconut Sauce


Stations: (right now we are hoping to only have 6 with 200 guests.. but with how our guest list has grown, its looking like 8 stations!)

Hors D'oeuvres Passed:
Baby Lamb Chops, Sesame Chix, Beef Negamaki, Beef Wellington, Spanikopita, Brie& Raspberry En Croute, Salmon Pinwheel, Shrimp Cocktail, Fresh Mozzarella Bruschetta and they are getting me my pigs in the blanket!

Dessert Trio with cake, Warm Molten Chockolate Cake and a Sorbet Basket!

We were so hungry just talking about all the food.. our guests best gain weight during this shin dig! I want my moneys worth

Your menu selections look fab, your guests will love the Bourbon Street Station and of course the Mashed Potato Bat...those were delicious.
Don't worry, your bridal attendant will make sure you and your FH eat, you'll get to try everything!
