Went to try on my dress for the first time
Tonight I had an appt. to try on my dress and pick it up (getting it altered somewhere else). When we had ordered it we got the extra length on it. My fear has been that it wouldn't be long enough and my fear came true![]()
It was too short in the front. It was about an inch or 2 shorter than it should've been. There was some talk of having a new one made and my mom said not to freak out and I started hysterically crying. They called out the seamstress though who figured out that the pickup in the front was lifted too high. She fixed it right there and I was able to take it home. Ugh, what a crazy night!
