and I'm so dissapointed. Nothing I saw impressed me. Even the styles I thought I wanted... Any suggestions, of sites to look at for ideas... We're gonna hit 47th Street next time, where I'm sure to have more selection. I just want to have a better idea, that way I'm not overwhelmed.

Re: went wedding band shopping
just go to the jewelry district and try on anything and everything that looks good with your E-ring...the people there are realllyyy good and will help you find something (doesnt mean you have to buy it from them)

my e-ring was stolen still sad but getting over it... I plan to just wear a wedding band and the ones I thought I wanted, are either took wide or uncomfortable... I want somthing thick, since there is no e-ring, and they look silly on my 4.5 ring finger.
We plan to go there, as our next stop, I really thought I knew what I wanted...

You can always have your wedding band made. I'm having mine made to match my e-ring it only takes about 3 weeks.

I wear a size 5 and thought the same thing when it came to bands. I wanted thick but didn't think it looked good on my tiny hands. this is the ring i wound up getting and i love it. the bottom of the band is thin so it's super comfortable. This is just so you see a wide ring on another small hand. My whole family is very opinionated and if they hate something they'll tell me...they all said they were surprised at how nice it looked on my hand. so don't get discouraged, the right ring is out there, and just b/c you have tiny fingers doesnt mean you can't wear a thick band.

oh Kerri that;s so pretty!! The jeweler said that w/ my size finger we shouldn't go thicker than 5mm, I had a hard time picturing how it would look since the sample is so much larger than my finger. Yours is so pretty & it's so close to the one I thought I wanted but it looked so gawdy on me

Thank you!! Several jewelers told me not to do a big ring at all and that i should get a plain small band b/c of my E-ring. But you know what... I don't care what a jeweler says I only care what I think and I love it. that's how you should look at it... The sample looked a little off on me too b/c it was huge, but it really wasn't bad and when i got it in my size it was PERFECT.
try on a ton of stuff, even if it's not something you think you'll like or if it's something the jeweler doesnt like but you like.

Your e-ring was stolen? Wow, I'm so sorry. How horrible. Good luck finding the perfect ring, I like the ones in the photos. All are really pretty.

I'm not having any luck finding a wedding band either....FH even said since we are in a jewelry store that I should look for something I would like for XMAS and I couldn't find anything for XMAS either....And the price of gold is soooo high right now too....Everything I looked at was crazy..... I hope I find something...=(
