We're about to make another offer (Updated)

I told you I would keep you girls updated on our house search, so I wanted to let you know we're calling a realtor tonight to make an offer. All I want to say at this point is the house is in Bellmore. I'll provide more details after we start negotiating. I don't want to speak too soon.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. We made a very good starting offer and truth be told, we're willing to pay almost full price for the house. I don't think we're going to let this one slip away unless we get a really bad engineer's report.

Well once again they went with another offer. Someone was willing to pay over list price and they had incredible terms. So we lost the house.

Back out again this weekend to look for our next dream house.
