What an AMAZING time we had!! We stayed at the Grande and I can't even begin to tell you how gorgeous that place is. I'm VERY tired right now and have TONS to tell you about it, but for now... anyone staying at the Grande... AMAZING.
We went to the Regency for dinner and I was SO happy that I had chosen the Grande to stay at.
I will write TONs more when I 'officially' wake up :) We got in at about 2:30 am this morning.
BTW - HATE AIR JAMAICA!!!!!!! They cancelled our flight yesterday and we had to stay another night at Sandals. Not a bad thing, but they told us 5 minutes before we were headed to the airport. So they put us on the Amercian with a connection in Miami and MIami to JFK.
Not a very good airline and NOT very reliable.

Ok... just a few things while I'm remembering When you eat at Bayside (the buffet restaurant for breakfast and luch right by the main pool) WATCH OUT for the birds!! DO NOT leave ANY food unattended at your table. They are MONSTERS!! LOL They fly all throughout the restaurant and eat off the tables. My DH HATED them!
Bafefoot Restaurant by far was my FAVORITE of all time for dinner. DELICIOUS food. The Italian restaurant had good food, it was average. If your into TRUE Italian, don't go in with high expectations. But all in all, the food was pretty good.

That's what we flew back (AA) and they were wonderful flights. I'm currently trying to argue with Air Jamaica to get some sort of travel vouvher or anything for our 'troubles'...
The Grande was GOREGOUS. I must say we went to the Regency for dinner at La Toc... not everything it's cracked up to be. And I wasn't impressed with the Regency AT ALL. When we were there, the ENTIRE PLACE, down stairs by the pool and the bar smelled like vomit
So... but it's all my opinion

Yeah and it is the most uncomfortable flight i have ever been on.
BTW when we flew there.. FH's mom was freaking out because the pilot/ copilot and all the flight attendents were all FEMALE hahahha
