I am sooo super excited!! We've been renting since moving to NC and though the rent is extremely reasonable compared to NY it's still a waste to be putting money to rent every month rather then a mortgage. After some discussion we've decided that starting March 1st we're going to start looking for a home to buy!!!!! Nothing crazy but let me tell you down in NC for $200k you can get an amazing 4 bedroom 2 bathrooms!! I'm sooooo excited!!
