I posted this yesterday before the payoff amount issue came up. We are not closing until Tuesday or Wednesday.![]()
Well thats f'in stupid IMO. A closing shouldn't be delayed because a lawyer couldn't get a payoff figure.
Its more like he needed a few days notice to give the seller's bank to have a lawyer show up to collect the payoff.
Man that *****. I'd be ripping somebody a new one if it were me.
Like i said... changing a closing date would piss off a lot of parties.
