We're closing tomorrow!
Yes, it is possible to close on the date you scheduled from the start (esp. if the sellers have set a closing date for their other house way in advance already too)!!!!! It's been a week of heart attacks, down to an hour ago (literally 12 hours before closing, and our lawyer just got back into the country from a European vacation and confirmed our appt.). Woo hoo!!!!!
