We made our menu tonight and we added the suckling pig to the cocktail hour!!!

Cool....I knew you were considering this. Definitely a conversation piece. When I had it at a luau in Hawaii it was awesome!

Good choice! We are doing this too, GM is cooking ot and briniging it to the park for us so people won't have to see it being cooked though!

Ha..I'm glad someone else is excited about this. We are getting it too...My father's family is from Puerto Rico so its a big deal!! Fh's side on the other hand...they look at me like I'm nuts
